Mole/Cyst Excision
Excision of a mole, cyst, or lesion involves the surgical removal of a particular lesion, which aims to improve the aesthetic appearance, reduce any associated discomfort, and in some cases, obtain a definitive pathology diagnosis. Lesions can often be present from birth, or develop later on in our life. The lesion in question may be changing in appearance, cause worry, affect self-confidence given the appearance, or is symptomatic in some way.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, and if the lesion appears concerning, we can send these to the pathology lab for a formal diagnosis.
